Recycling Sorter

Seeking a part-time role with one of Canada's esteemed companies? Adecco is presently recruiting for a Part-Time Recycling Sorter to join a globally recognized manufacturer and distributor based in Kemptown, NS.

This role involves contributing to the efficient production of the final product as a part of the Recycling Sorter team, offering a chance to maintain a balanced work-life schedule.

• Pay Rate: $18/hour

• Location: Kemptown, NS

• Job type: Part-time; 20-40 hours/week

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working as an integral part of the Recycling Sorter team to ensure the efficient flow of production processes

• Operating machinery and equipment as required for the manufacturing process

• Conducting quality checks on products to maintain high production standards

• Packing, sorting, and labeling items according to established protocols

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency

• Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve production targets

• Suggesting process improvements to enhance productivity and quality standards

Requirements and Qualifications: 

• 1-2 years of General Labour experience

• Previous production line experience is considered an asset

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards

• Strong work ethic with a consistent attendance record

• Reliable transportation as local transit access is not provided

• Clear criminal background is required

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
