```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. As the Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your expertise in carpentry and construction will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of projects.
```Responsibilities```
- Coordinate and supervise construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, installing doors and windows, and building structures
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Train and mentor junior carpenters and construction workers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Manage inventory of materials and equipment needed for each project
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, materials, and safety procedures
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
