Regional Franchise Manager

One of Canada's largest quick-service food and beverage companies is seeking an accomplished Regional Franchise Managerto oversee the brand's locations that are based in Manitoba. Note that candidates must already be located in Manitoba to be considered for this opportunity; no sponsorship or relocation assistance will be offered.

Duties:

- Oversee and manage the operations of multiple food and beverage franchise locations
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase profitability
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to franchisees in areas such as marketing, sales, and customer service
- Conduct regular site visits to assess performance and provide feedback
- Collaborate with franchisees to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
- Monitor financial performance and work with franchisees to achieve revenue targets
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise between franchisees and the company
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the competitive landscape

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in multi-unit franchise management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel to different locations as needed

Salary: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
