Interior Heavy Equipment Operator school is hiring for an accomplished school records administrator professional to join our Student Registry Department at Canada’s LARGEST Heavy Equipment Operator training company, based in Calgary, AB! We’re seeking a dedicated, multi-talented Registry Administrator/Leader who prides themselves on their proficiency, professionalism and own initiatives in the workplace. You’ll start out working remote during your onboarding and training, and then be transitioned into our Calgary office space once available.

You will use your personality and experience to:

- Process and approve student admissions and enrollments, collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate course registration and scheduling.

- Maintain and update student records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

- Provide support to On Site Administrators.

- Assist current students and alumni with registry needs.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to record-keeping and data management; and further, stay informed about changes in regulations ongoing.

- Facilitate communication between various departments and external entities and provide information to students and staff regarding records, policies, and procedures.

- Process and issue graduation packages, transcripts, certifications, operator cards, and other official documents in a timely and accurate manner including tax receipts.

- Provide impeccable customer service to students, staff, and other stakeholders with inquiries related to records and registry.

- Maintain data integrity in our CRM program.

- General day to day administrative tasks including filing, accounts receivables (student), alumni follow-ups, student inquiry processing, and various registry request follow ups.

- Identify areas of gained efficiency and/or adoption of new SOPs and/or opportunities to look at things with fresh eyes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
