At Father Lacombe Care Centre we provide live-in care for more than 100 residents (commonly referred to as patients or clients) who move in and call our care centre home. With more than a century of experience and dedication to our core values of Excellence, Sacredness of Life, Compassion, Spirituality, and Justice, we care for a variety of citizens living with complex health conditions. While many of our Residents are elderly, living with dementia, or facing significant and complex health concerns, we also support younger residents. At Father Lacombe Care Society we believe in Person Centered Care, and take the whole family into consideration.

Our Rehabilitation team is crucial in ensuring our Residents maintain an optimum level of independence by encouraging participation in walking programs, balance and standing, active and passive range of motion, and related physical programs. Should our residents not be able to participate in the physical programs, our Rehabilitation team ensures appropriate assistive/adaptive equipment and programming are in use to encourage and maintain resident independence. We get to influence the lives of people in a very intimate way!
