Role Overview:

As a Marketing Manager at INSPIRELY, you'll play a crucial role in amplifying our mission and building a brand that resonates with parents, educators, and young learners. We're on a mission to share our success stories, engage with our community, and attract curious minds from around the world.

Responsibilities:

Brand Development:

  • Develop compelling brand assets and content that showcase our unique educational offerings.
  • Craft a modern and engaging brand voice across social media, our website, thought leadership pieces, storytelling, blogs, and newsletters.

Student Acquisition:

  • Lead efforts to gather student and parent information, making our programs exciting and compelling.
  • Oversee email marketing, retargeting strategies, infrastructure management (Google analytics, CRM), school/organization outreach, ads, newsletters, and online events.

Ownership and Execution:

  • Take ownership of the entire marketing function, aligning efforts with our brand vision and student acquisition goals.
  • Manage a budget effectively to achieve results efficiently.

We're seeking an individual to join us and play a pivotal role in guiding priorities and ensuring effective execution. Ultimately, we need someone who takes full accountability for the entire marketing function. Additionally, you'll have interns to assist you in executing certain tasks. While it might sound open-ended, our approach is about welcoming smart individuals who is not only quick learner but bring in their insights and actively contribute to shaping our strategies. We're looking for someone who can take charge and lead the way.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing/brand management.
  • Proven experience in managing and building brands through social media.
  • Intuitive brand voice and communication style that is modern, casual, and highly engaging.
  • Strong management skills with a bias toward action.
  • Proficiency in developing high-quality brand assets.
  • Knowledge of email marketing and user retargeting strategies.
  • Positive vibes and a passion for purpose-driven education.

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Experience:

  • conversion driven email campaigns: 4 years (preferred)
  • Social media management: 4 years (preferred)
  • affiliate marketing / outreach: 3 years (preferred)
  • graphical and video content creation: 3 years (preferred)
  • content writing such as blog, website content etc.: 4 years (preferred)
