Remote Receptionist/ Appointment Setter

We are a results driven startup located in Ottawa, ON that provides marketing & appointment setting services for medical clinics.

We are seeking a results-driven, Remote Receptionist/ Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you would be responsible for calling new inbound leads generated for clients, collecting basic details on injuries to understand patient needs, scheduling them for an appointment with the Clinic, & taking payment over the phone.
Other admin tasks include: Rescheduling appointments, communicating with patients

Requirements

• You are a CARING person who can easily build trust with people. You want to naturally help people.
• You can manage your time well & have strong organizational skills.
• Can work in the EST time zone.
• Understanding of Canadian terminology, & language.
• Has a track record in a call centre, appointment setting, or customer service role.
• Is generally good communicating with people.
• Strong internet connection & a laptop with a good working microphone & camera.

Details:

• What We Do: We provide Marketing & Appointment setting services for Physical Therapy & Chiropractic Clinics in the US & Canada.
• Hours: This is a part-time position at 4–6 hours per day, working blocks are typically broken up in 2.5 - 3hr shifts.
• Pay: Base pay of $1,000 - $1,500/ mo + bonuses of $300 - 1,000+ per month.
• OTE (On Target Earnings): You'd be expected to make $2000 - $3000 per month if you're hitting Key Performance indicators.

• We prioritize performance over hours worked at our company, emphasizing results rather than time spent. Our goal is for you to achieve the daily quota efficiently, which may mean working fewer hours. Rest assured, your pay remains consistent as long as you meet the daily quota, unaffected by the number of hours worked.
