SalaryThe successful candidate must be fluent in written and oral English language. A reliable vehicle is a must. The candidate must be able to be on call and able to work some weekends and evenings - have a neat and tidy appearance, be able to work well with others and on their own. Computer skills are a must. Property management experience would be an asset but we will train if an appropriate candidate is found.

Salary: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
