* Looking for an experienced office administrator & scheduler, quick to learn & adept in a multi-tasking environment.
* Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word & Outlook as well Adobe Acrobat.
* Must be very organized & capable of efficient filing practices
* A post-secondary diploma in accounting or office management would be an asset, but not a requirement
* Experience in healthcare administration and scheduling is desired, but not a requirement
