En tant qu'employé de EspacesVerts, vous bénéficierez de :
- 18,20 $ PAR HEURE (taux horaire garanti plus bonus)

- Requis pour le travail à domicile :
Utilisation d'un téléphone cellulaire sécurisé personnel ou d'une ligne fixe obligatoire
Utilisation d'un ordinateur portable ou de bureau personnel avec écran obligatoire
Doit avoir un accès Internet haute vitesse (minimum de 25 Mbps).
Ce poste pourrait également être basé dans nos bureaux ou sous une forme hybride.
La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit, est requise. Le bilinguisme est essentiel pour servir nos clients anglophones partout au Canada.

Aperçu du poste, Réceptionne les appels pour résoudre de manière prompte et professionnelle les préoccupations courantes des clients, servant ainsi de liaison entre la succursale et le client afin d'assurer un niveau optimal de satisfaction client.
Responsabilités
- Répond aux appels de service client entrants avec un accueil chaleureux et courtois.
- Résout les préoccupations du client en déterminant la cause profonde de la préoccupation.
- Sollicite l'aide nécessaire pour traiter les appels nécessitant une résolution de problèmes approfondie.
- Met à jour et maintient la base de données client avec des informations clients précises et une saisie de données opportune.
- Fournit une résolution et un suivi en temps opportun aux clients.

Position Overview
Receives calls to resolve basic and routine customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Acts as a liaison between the branch and the customer in order to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. Hourly rate plus eligible for Bonus & Incentives.
Responsibilities
- Answers inbound customer service calls with a warm and courteous greeting.
- Resolves customer service concerns to determine root cause of the concern.
- Regularly seeks assistance to handle calls requiring extensive problem solving.
- Updates and maintains customer database with accurate customer information and timely data entry.
- Provides resolution and timely follow-up with the customers.
