Job Opportunity:Research Analyst (Permanent)
The Research Analyst position supports the Strategy and Research team's intelligence gathering and analysis of regional and global markets. This position plays a key role in supporting the delivery of the Trade Market Intelligence (TMI) service.
The Research Analyst works with the Manager, TMI, to assess applications, plan and conduct research, and write TMI reports. This role provides ongoing training, coaching and guidance to the Research Assistants (co-op students) to ensure they are prepared for their roles. The Research Analyst also supports the market-based analysis undertaken by the Strategy and Research team to ensure Invest Nova Scotia's achievement of strategic, evidence-based outcomes.
