Your Role:
You will:
- Design and implement studies as required to fulfil the goals, objectives, and requirements of the company.
- Support research and validation programs including aquatic health, behavior and some environmental aspects.
- Recommend evidence-based best practices and co-create new techniques to continuously improve products and processes in Minto.
- Present ongoing work and findings to senior management and key stakeholders via Scientific Review Board and Task Force meetings.
- Assist the Manager with activities involved in the running of the pilot scale of cages and traps. These activities include, but are not limited to: Assisting with the maintenance of experimental pilot traps, CPU, environmental effects, water system maintenance, and data collection.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, precision, and productivity in performing routine and repetitive tasks.
- Support the company’s vision and policies regarding Health & Safety, Corporate Culture, and Environmental Management by displaying the appropriate behaviours and leadership towards meeting the company’s objectives in these areas.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
