As a Revenue Manager your role is to assist the Director of Revenue to ensure the proper day to day operation and functioning of the Revenue/Reservations Department, to lead the department to more proactive, revenue-driven sales.

Position Requirements:
Managing and monitoring all reservations activities including: Call conversions, rate strategy meetings and inventory management.- Managing guest concerns
- Managing our OTA Partners, payment of commissions and overseeing our Timeshare units.
- You will be the point of contact for all relationships with internal and external partners
- Complete and submit internal resports within the Westin, STR Reports, and Tourism Whistler reports on a daily/weekly basis.
- Attend RevMax and Hotel operation meetings and weekly strategy meetings.
- Assist with balancing and management of room inventory by monitoring group pick up and cut off, IT reservation requests, and all extranet allotments to maximize occupancy and profit
- Be aware of hotel operations and provide reservations agents with appropriate information to assist guests quickly and accurately
- Responsible for associate performance, associate training, development & coaching
- approving of payroll and labor sheets daily and approving of weekly schedule
- Motivating and developing a high performance team
Skills & Experience:
High attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines- You are organized and good at multi tasking
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills- a strong understanding of Excel is required and Lightspeed/Marriott system knowledge will be considered an asset.
General Requirements:
You are career driven professional with 1-2 years experience in a similar leadership setting.
