As the spring season approaches, we are seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Seasonal Reset and Replenishment Merchandisers for various garden centers & retailers to support the busy holidays/spring season

Position Overview:
As a Seasonal Reset and Replenishment Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the visual appeal and organization of garden center displays. This position involves travelling during your shifts to multiple locations while working collaboratively with our team to execute planograms, reset layouts, and replenish stock to create an inviting and well-organized shopping environment for customers.

Merchandisers MUST be available for ALL the following weeks required:

-Week of March 25th

-Week of April 1st

-Week of April 21st

-Week of May 6th

-Week of May 12th

-Week of May 20th

-Week of June 2nd

-Week of July 1st

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute set-up according to planograms and reset layouts based on guidelines provided in a timely and efficient manner
• Replenish merchandise to maintain optimal stock levels on the sales floor.
• Ensure proper signage and pricing are displayed accurately.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store management and staff.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in the assigned merchandising areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service when on location.

Qualifications:

• Previous merchandising experience is an asset
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise, including bulky and/or heavy items up to 50 lbs
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual presentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel within 60kms of home to various (4-5) locations
• Flexibility to work varied hours depending on week of the season.
• Knowledge or interest in gardening and outdoor living is a plus.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 weeks

Salary: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 5 per week

Experience:

• Merchandising: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
