Reporting to the Director of Care, the Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) is responsible for ensuring the highest standard of care and service provided to the residents of Cupar & District Nursing Home Inv. (Shalom).
As an experiences practitioner, the RCC acts in a leadership role to provide specialized clinical expertise, coordination of Resident Care, and support and teaching to the Resident Care team (including residents and families) within a collaborative environment. The incumbent must be able to multitask and, although the routine practices are pre-determined, critical thinking and independent judgement is an integral part of the position. The incumbent must be a nurse, registered with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan and be a member in good standing.

- Education: Degree or Diploma of an approved school of Nursing
- Experience: Current knowledge and a minimum of three years recent experience in long term care nursing within a team environment is required.
- Registration: Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan

Salary: $42.04-$52.44 per hour
