Residential House Cleaner (Work On Your Own Schedule)

We are ProLux Clean.

A Professional Residential/Commercial Cleaning Company looking to onboard a new set EXPERIENCED of cleaners prior to the weather warming up!

We offer FLEXIBLE working hours, based on YOUR schedule so you can work whenever YOU want! We offer TOP earning potential depending on experience, starting around roughly $18/hr all the way up to $35/hr!!

This is a Sub-Contractor Job, anywhere from 10hrs-40hrs per week or more depending on our work load and your flexibility. Sub-Contractors are required to get their own general liability insurance, have their own supplies, & have their own transportation

We are open 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday and

10am-5pm Saturday's and Sunday's. Please let us know which days you would like to work.

You MUST have a vehicle, and have your own cleaning supplies. Each client will be within a 10-15 min radius of each other. The more clients completed=more compensation.

*This is a Residential cleaning job, we expect all our cleaners to be very respectful and kind to all of our clients!*

Day-to-Day Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, wiping down counters, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens etc.
• Clean windows, interiors of kitchen appliances, curtains etc.
• Follow our established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines (we provide a checklist)
• Adhere to company policies and regulations

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Previous experience in the cleaning industry with references, preferred
• English language both written and spoken
• Strong attention to detail and ability to clean efficiently
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
• Good, friendly, communication skills to interact with customers***
• Knowledge of the cleaning industry and efficient ways to get the job done is a bonus
• No criminal record, background check will be done.
• Need a vehicle and a phone with working internet service, as schedules will be available on an app.
