Qualifications:
• A Gentleperson (excellent customer service skills, polite and presentable)
• Willing to learn and grow into the plumbing trade
• Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Can provide a criminal background check and a drug test
• Previous experience with plumbing in a residential setting would be an asset
• Boiler and furnace troubleshooting/repair is considered an asset

What you Will do:
• Offer elite customer service: Identify and diagnose issues regardingmechanical systems effectively
• Assist the service team with day-to-day tasks.
• Assist HVAC technicians with installing, maintaining, service andtroubleshooting residential HVAC units.
• Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients regarding theirmechanical systems and their options
• Do the quality work, clean the area and review with the client
