SalaryAlternative Residential Programs for Youth Inc, offers 24/7 care for youth with varying disabilities. We support youth and gender diverse individuals. You must have ability to work as part of the team and have a strong knowledge of written/verbal and interpersonal communication skills as well as organizational and time management. Knowledge of behavioral management strategies. Staff will be accompanying clients to appointments and outings. The Residential Support Worker participates in meeting the needs of youth who present challenges that causes impairment at school or in the community. A valid driver's license, and vehicle with $2,000,000 liability, standard first aid level C, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, current child abuse registry check and criminal record/vulnerable sector check are a must.
