Residential Waste Truck Driver

Position Description

We currently have an exciting role for a driver out of our Grand Prairie location. We are looking for someone who is versatile and has the ability and skills to drive front load and roll off.

Position Responsibilities

• Safely operate and drive different Waste Truck's.
• Perform pick ups and drop offs in safe and efficient manner.
• Perform pre-trip and post inspections of vehicle systems and equipment such as tires, lights and breaks, etc.
• Plan your trip according to the weather conditions.
• Follow safety procedures for transporting materials.
• Maintain monthly log according to rules and regulations.
• Additional duties may be required

Qualifications

• Class 3 license considered an asset
• 3 years driving experience
• Clean drivers abstract, and clean criminal search
• Experience with Roll Off trucks and Front Load trucks is an asset
• Excellent customer service skills
