• VEILLER A LA SÉCURITÉ DE LA PHARMACIE SURVEILLANCE DES VOLS A L’ÉTALAGES
• VEILLER A LA PROPRETÉ DE LA PHARMACIE
• VEILLER A PLACER LES COMMANDES EN TABLETTES
• VEILLER A REPLACER LES PRODUITS DANS LES ALLÉES
• VEILLER A CE QUE LA PHARMACIE SOIT IMPECCABLE A LA FERMETURE

SERVICE À LA CLIENTÈLE :

• OFFRIR UN EXCELLENT SERVICE A LA CLIENTELE

FINANCIÈRE :

PRÉVENTION DES PERTES :

• S’assurer que tous les systèmes et procédures de prévention des pertes sont effectués conformément aux normes.
• S’assurer que les procédures de vérification des sacs sont respectées.

COMPÉTENCES :

• Planification, jugement et prise de décision.
• Faire preuve d’une pensée critique et prendre des décisions pour régler les problèmes concernant les demandes des clients.
• Faire preuve de jugement et prendre des décisions en fonction de la capacité de poser les bonnes questions pour trouver des solutions appropriées.
• Posséder la capacité de réagir en fonction des tâches et les objectifs définis par l’équipe de gestion.

EXPÉRIENCE :

• Expérience de la vente au détail
• Aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles.
• Capacité à gérer efficacement son temPS
• Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication écrite et verbale.
• Compétences en organisation et en planification efficaces.
• Engagement à fournir un service à la clientèle hors pair.
