Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Handle cash and credit card payments in accordance with company policies
- Provide product information and assist customers with inquiries or concerns
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Promote sales by suggesting additional products or services to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized Front End area, including checkout lanes and displays
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve any customer issues
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns, and exchanges
- Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems is desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate product information to customers
- Experience in sales or technology sales is an asset
- Bilingual proficiency is a bonus
