Restaurant General Manager

Recipe Unlimited is looking for a Restaurant General Manager for one of our Saint John's, NB Locations to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Fostering a positive work environment that supports and promotes exceptional guest-focused service
• Managing team member relations including recruitment, scheduling, training & developing, coaching and recognition
• Promoting a work environment that is healthy, safe and based on respect and trust
• Develop Managers and hourly Associates by ensuring regular one-on-one meetings, training and development, regular coaching, and performance improvement measures
• Be accountable for sales budgets and responsible for the successful execution of these budgets
• Maintain and enhance brand standards by ensuring systems and processes are in place
• Comply with provincial legislation regarding employment standards, human rights, Health & Safety and WHMIS

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years management experience working in a high-volume casual dining restaurant preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong business acumen and team building skills
