We are on the lookout for an experienced, knowledgeable, and overall awesome experienced FOH manager to work with us to keep P&P growing! This is a hands on, feet on the ground role that requires the manager to lead the team through service with empathy, kindness, and a good amount of hustle.

We are a small and collaborative team who take pride and joy in what we do. Our restaurant offers a kind, fun, and service driven work environment, where we help each other out and treat each other with respect.

The FOH Manager works closely with the rest of the management team in executing our vision for the restaurant. You will be expected to delegate and communicate effectively, and to lead by example through your attention to detail, compassion, and solutions based attitude. Demonstrated excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills, as well as a true love for hospitality and food and beverage are a must!

This is a full time salaried position, with excellent health and dental benefits, consistent days off, and a supportive and experienced management team in place. We are small restaurant, the FOH Manager is expected to lead service every day they are scheduled.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a similar management role and a minimum of 5 years experience in F&B.

Wine, cocktail, and liquor knowledge are also required, please specify your level of profficiency in your application.

A familiarity with TouchBistro and reservation management systems will be an asset to the prospective applicant. An interest and experience with food photography and social media management also a plus!

Total Pay Range $72,000-75,000 includes base salary ($50,000-55,000) and weekly tipout (est. $25,000), and is based on a 40-45/hr week.
