SalaryThe Orchard Gleneagles Golf Course, West Vancouver is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The successful applicant will be self motivated, have a positive & friendly attitude, strong work ethic and genuine desire to lead a team.
Requirements:
- Relevant industry management experience.
- Strong leadership and people skills.
- Serving experience required, barista and bartender experience is an asset.
- Flexible full time availability including holidays and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, communication and inter-personal skills.
- Valid work permit & Serving It Right certification.
- The ability to train effectively and ensure the restaurant is giving consistently great service.
Responsibilities:
- Help manage the day to day FOH operations with a hands on approach.
- Responsible for a restaurant closing including cash out.
- Address any customer complaints and concerns, trying to reach positive resolutions with every guest.
- Ability to serve or bartend is required, serving sections or bartending will be a daily part of your job.
- Oversee daily staff duties to ensure completed to full satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
