As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. - Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training
- Ensure excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving complaints, and addressing any issues that may arise
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling costs
- Implement and enforce food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide feedback, address concerns, and promote teamwork
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
