Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive both online and brick-and-mortar traffic, and increase sales using social media, live videos and more.
• Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to maximize business growth.
• Implement and refine SOPs to ensure efficiency and consistency in store operations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team focused on achieving business goals.
• Work closely with business owner for financial activities, including budgeting and sales forecasting, to ensure profitability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
