As this position is required to fill immediately, only candidates that reside in the Fredericton area or who can relocate with short notice will be considered.
If you like helping people and are willing to learn new things– we want to hear from you! In this role you’ll be helping other team members with daily tasks such as assisting customers, answering phones, customer support, stocking shelves, computer work, and product training.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving & placing phone calls as required
- Using point of sale systems & cash management
- Opening and closing the store
- Assist with order preparation, packing, and fulfilment
- Assist with inventory counts
- Stocking shelves and maintaining a clean & tidy inventory
- Assisting with other tasks as required
- Must be able to work without close supervision
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Previous Retail Sales experience an asset
- Considered outgoing & friendly
- Enjoy solving problems & answering questions
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Use of computers with basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Willing to learn about new products
- Being an outdoor enthusiast would be considered an asset
- General knowledge of solar power, electronics, or outdoor equipment would be considered an asset
- Bilingual (English/French) would be considered an asset
