Retail Sales Associate

Our company is currently seeking a Retail Sales Associates to join our dedicated and passionate team. The ideal candidate will have extensive management experience and a background in supervising and training staff. The Retail Sales Associates is responsible for keeping the restaurant running smoothly, monitoring customer service, and ensuring that all food orders are cooked perfectly. The right candidate will also be able to work independently without constant instructions and be comfortable with making professional decisions fast on the spot.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Upsell products and promote current sales or promotions

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Retail Sales or customer service preferred
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of technology products and ability to sell them effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
