We want our customers to be inspired by our beautiful collections and experience exceptional customer service in a casual and friendly store environment. We are opening a new Zacks in Cataraqui Centre.
What You’ll do…
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting and approaching customers
- Exceed customer expectations by providing assistance with a positive attitude
- Recommend merchandise based on product knowledge and customer preferences
- Is knowledgeable and educates self and others on merchandise
- Actively create a welcoming environment through teamwork and collaboration
- Advise customers of the benefits of the Privilege Card program
- Assist in maintaining visual and merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor
- Elevate the Shopping Experience
- Provide customers with exceptional one on one service to create lasting relationships and customer loyalty
