Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers through product demos
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet sales targets and goals by effectively upselling products
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Assist in inventory management and restocking merchandise
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Retail Sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Basic understanding of technology products is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and time management skills
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
