As part of our ongoing expansion, The UPS Store 341 is actively seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the role of Document and Printing Services Supervisor.
Document and Printing Services Supervisor
As the Document and Printing Services Supervisor, you hold a pivotal role in sustaining the operational excellence of our printing department while upholding the premium quality standards that The UPS Store is renowned for. Tasked with directing the day-to-day functions of the printing and document services unit, your leadership will extend from staff management to quality assurance. Your specific responsibilities will encompass:
- Managing the day-to-day workflow of the printing and document services department to ensure optimal productivity
- Implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control protocols for all print output
- Supervising, training, and evaluating the print department staff to promote a high-performing team
- Administering inventory management, including supply ordering and stock level monitoring
- Engaging with customers to accurately assess their printing requirements and recommend tailored solutions
- Collaborating with the franchise operator on strategic planning initiatives and business growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in the use of digital printing equipment and software
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Compensation & Hours
- $22.00 / Hour
- 35-40 hours per week
Start Date: Immediate
