Our product line focuses on Magic the Gathering, Warhammer, D&D, Pokémon, boardgames and Yu Gi Oh!, as well as the accessories and other items.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Manager to join and lead our team to the next level. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, self-motivated, has strong communication skills and loves games and geek culture. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

· Lead, inspire and motivate the team to top performance, creating an outstanding customer experience

· Create and execute strategic plans to grow the business

· Analyze results, set sales targets and create strategies for the team to achieve these goals

· Manage staff scheduling and assignment of daily duties

· Inventory management and new product line adaptation

· Create and execute marketing strategies

· Positively communicate and demonstrate the brand values, attitude and culture

· Administrative duties including monthly record reporting, managing personal records and reviewing expenses

· Health and Safety and loss prevention management

What it takes:

· Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting

· Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience

· Strong knowledge of the product line and culture of our customer base

· Ability to adapt to new trends and changing demands

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Strong document and spread sheet presentational skills

· Ability to organize, prioritize, delegate and follow up

· Pro-active and innovative

· Fantastic attitude and out-going personality

· Strong planning and analytical skills

· Some heavy lifting required

· Retail Management: 5+ years
