Retail/ Warehouse Associate

Join our team at Global CFS as a Retail Sales & Warehouse Associate. We are seeking a motivated individual who can excel in both customer-facing retail sales and behind-the-scenes warehouse organization. This position offers a dynamic environment where you will interact with customers, assist them in finding the perfect tile accessories, and ensure our warehouse is efficiently managed.

Responsibilities:

• Retail Sales:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.

• Assist customers in selecting tile accessories, offering product recommendations, and answering inquiries.

• Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.

• Maintain a clean and organized retail space, including product displays and shelves.

• Warehouse Organization:

• Receive incoming shipments of tile accessories and accurately inventory products.

• Organize and maintain the warehouse to optimize efficiency and accessibility.

• Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Assist in restocking retail shelves as needed.

Requirements:

• Forklift Certification.

• Previous retail experience preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, as well as stand for extended periods.

• Basic computer proficiency for using the point-of-sale system and inventory management software.

• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with team members.

• Flexibility to work weekends.

• Familiarity with tile accessories and construction materials is a plus.

• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

• Willingness to undergo training on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and warehouse safety protocols.

Salary: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
