About this team
This role will be a critical member of our Supply Chain Risk Management team, responsible for the development and implementation of a robust Risk Management framework. This role will take a strategic approach to managing and monitoring risk across our global supply chain. They will develop recommendations for how we can continuously evolve our processes for identifying, assessing, mitigating, and reporting supply chain risk. The Risk Management Lead will maintain a comprehensive understanding of the unique regulatory and operational challenges facing the apparel sector. They will partner with business leaders across the organization to report on KPIs, ongoing Risk Management activities, and new findings that could threaten business security, reputation, and operations.
 
A day in the life
• This role will work closely with the Vendor Operations team to review screening reports flagged during our New Vendor Approval Process.
• The Risk Management Lead will make a determination about the category and severity of risk and will execute an escalation plan with cross-functional partners for further assessment and mitigation actions.
• The Risk Management Lead will receive input from other teams, including Legal, Responsible Supply Chain, and Raw Material Sourcing, and compile a summary of findings for decision-makers.
• This role will prepare visualizations to report lululemon’s key supply chain disruption risks and actions taken to address critical areas. These reports will be distributed on a regular cadence to update leadership and cross-functional partners.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree with study in Risk Management, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in Risk Management, supply chain, or relevant work, preferably within the footwear, apparel or textile industry.
• In-depth knowledge of textile supply chain and retail industry.
• Strong technological skillset, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Risk Management technology.
• Knowledge of international trade compliance laws and import regulations.

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $ 81,500 - 101,900 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
