Position Summary:
As the RMA Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and act as an Administrative Liaison between our Repair, Sales and Technical Support teams. As a member of the Repair Services team in the Customer Operations organization, you will play an active role in ensuring Vecimas Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) program functions smoothly and achieves Vecimas commitment to delivering high customer satisfaction. Vecimas RMA program is used to coordinate the return, repair, and replacement of products that have been delivered to customers worldwide.
Position Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 diploma
- Minimum three years experience in an administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; understands urgency and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accountable for managing problems through resolution
- Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities
- Efficiency with MS Office tools, primarily Outlook, Excel & Word documents
- Previous experience with Oracle ERP would be an asset
- Previous experience with Salesforce CRM would be an asset
