TITLE: Lead Repair Shop Supervisor
REPORTS TO: Rental and Repair Manager

Job Summary
The Repair Supervisor is responsible for leading the team of Repair Technicians and General Operations of the Repair Shop. The repair shop operates year round with bike repairs and maintenance Spring through Fall and Ski/board tuning and repairs during the winter.
Essential Job Functions
- Lead a team of up to 6 staff to deliver the best mountain experience and striving to exceed our guests expectations.
- Perform repairs and maintenance to bikes using machine and hand tools to provide the best possible product.
- Provide information to guests on services available with the best solutions.
- Maintain the facility in a clean and safe manner.
- Perform regular maintenance on the machinery and tools.
- Train, schedule and manage staffing.
- Maintain OH&S standards for repair space.
- Responsible for parts orders throughout summer operations
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in bike mechanic operations.
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role/bike mechanic role.
- Competent Mountain biker
- Physically able to carry out physical task
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Work both in a team and independently.
- Manage priorities.
- Anticipate business levels and manage accordingly.
- Possibility to work 4 x 10 hr work weeks during operations.
- Free family season pass for summer and winter operations.
