Roller Operator

Genco Asphalt Inc. is a privately owned, operated, and family based Road Construction company. Genco is currently looking for experienced Roller Operators. We offer a competitive compensation package. Operators must have a valid driver's license and PME experience is an asset.

Key duties include:

- Actively participating, promoting and engaging in the company's safety policies.
- Operating equipment as assigned, and participating in jobsite labor if required.
- Communicating information clearly and effectively and working as part of a team.
- Listening and carrying out instructions diligently, and speaking up when instructions are unclear.
- Willingness to travel between jobsite's and work overtime when required
- Any other duties as may be assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
