Roller Operator/Labourer

Responsibilities:
- Operate roller equipment to compact soil, asphalt, or other materials on construction sites
- Follow project plans and specifications to ensure proper compaction
- Inspect and maintain roller equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate work activities and achieve project goals
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating parts and cleaning equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Qualifications:
- Experience operating heavy equipment, specifically roller equipment
- Knowledge of paving, and finishing techniques
- Proficient in using a variety of tools and equipment related to roller operation
- Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
