We are currently recruiting for a flexible, reliable and efficient leader to supervise our Rubber Paving crews during the 2024 paving season.
About the job:
The successful applicant will oversee the safe, efficient and successful completion of Rubber Paving projects in Saskatoon and surrounding areas. With responsibility for several crews, this supervisor will travel to all local paving sites each day. This is a seasonal position lasting approximately 8 months.
Our ideal candidate:
-has experience supervising multiple crews in construction or other installation work for residential and commercial customers
- has strong communication skills and is comfortable providing feedback to paving crews as well as regular updates on job progress to management
- is comfortable working with a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Office
- has a strong attention to detail and experience completing inspections on completed projects
- prides themselves on the quality of the work produced by their crews and is comfortable addressing safety and other performance concerns with crews using the progressive discipline program
- is safety focused - past experience working in a COR certified setting is an asset
- has a valid Class 5 license (or higher) with a clean abstract
