Imagine building and leading your team to help North American non-profits raise the critical funding they need to make the world a better place.
What you will do: Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a team of sales executives to meet the teams aggressive new business acquisition objectives. Your main responsibilities will include training and developing top flight sales talent to meet and exceed your teams’ targets.
About You:
- An expert with a track record in designing and managing optimal sales systems and inspiring your team to meet and exceed their goals in a structured, consultative selling environment.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, motivational skills and a hands-on approach to supporting your team are essential.

Salary: $120,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
