Team Member – Salad Maker
The team at FIELD & SOCIAL is passionate, fun… and real. We are looking for part-time Front of House staff to join us. If you have plenty of enthusiasm, a friendly, outgoing personality and can manage to stay smiling, even when the dressing hits the fan, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all F&S customers and community - complete walk-in, online and telephone orders with speed and accuracy.
• Live Field & Social values and culture through all customer and team interactions
• Prepare salads as per F&S menu, taking into consideration customers’ dietary preferences/allergies.
• Restock salad station, fridges and packaging (light food preparation required) – connecting with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and seamless service.
• Adhere to all health and safety requirements
• Demonstrate attention to detail and is able to adapt to changing schedules or routines
• Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant (tasks include sweeping, mopping, light dish washing, and other duties as assigned)

Requirements

• Work experience is desirable but not required
• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Ability to read, write, and understand English language
• Valid Work permit
• Open availability preferred

Lifting requirements:

• Medium – generally lifting up to 40 pounds.
