As Sales Associate you would responsible for assisting the Manager with the efficient and effective management of the entire storage facility. This includes ensuring that sales targets are met, improving the commercial performance of the company by exploiting opportunities to maximize profitability, increase customer satisfaction and ensure continued business growth. As well as ensuring that Company policies and procedures are being maintained and followed by all personnel.
As Maintenance/Janitorial person your responsibilities will include the assumption of all day-to-day site cleaning activities, including all indoor and outdoor areas of the building and as assigned by the Site Manager at the location as well as any light maintenance such as light bulb changing, lock cutting, grass cutting and door repairs.

Salary: $17.00 per hour
