While our main office is located in Fredericton, we extend our services to clients worldwide. Currently, we are seeking a motivated individual to play a key role in promoting our business and acquiring new clients.
Role Description
We are hiring for a COMMISSION-based hybrid (in office and local travel) contract position as a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall sales growth. This role demands effective collaboration with our team, showcasing exceptional organizational and communication skills. While primarily based in Fredericton, NB, the position allows for some remote work to facilitate client meetings.
Qualifications and Qualities

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus but not necessary
• 1-2 years of experience in the Sales and Marketing industry
• Success in lead generation and driving sales growth.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing and personable demeanor.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
