Key Responsibilities:
· Route Management: Oversee a specific route covering 120 grocery stores, ensuring consistent and impactful product presence and relationships.
· Merchandising Excellence: Guarantee that shelves look their best, with approved POS materials in place and innovative displays that draw consumer attention.
· Market Intelligence: Gather and relay feedback from the market regarding our brand, monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and policy changes at the customer level.
· Compliance and Standards: Ensure accurate tagging of all product listings, maintenance of approved racking, and strict adherence to merchandising agreements and planogram executions.
· Sales Growth: Close distribution gaps, capitalize on promotional activities, handle automatic ordering based on robust sales data, and continually innovate on-shelf strategies.
Qualifications:
· Prior experience in Sales and Merchandising, especially within the natural foods industry.
· Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
· Technological proficiency, especially with iPads and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
· Analytical skills with a strong understanding of sales data.
· A self-starter who can work autonomously.
· A valid driver's license and the ability to travel extensively within the designated route.
