Sales Assistant And Receptionist

Lexus of Saint John is looking for a Sales Assistant/Receptionist! If you love people and have a passion for the automotive industry, this is the perfect opportunity.

Essential Duties

• Greets customers.
• Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate individual or takes a thorough message.
• Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
• Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Types memos, correspondence, reports and other documents.
• Assists with clerical duties as requested.
• Assists Sales Manager with Daily Sales and Tasks
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of:

• Proper telephone etiquette with basic knowledge of telephone equipment
• English language (both verbally and written)
• Knowledge of basic computer operation
• Knowledge of Sales Processes and Customer Relation Management

Ability to:

• Generate, maintain and demonstrate a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Learn the policies, procedures and services of the Collision Center
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of the job
• Work independently
• Organize and prioritize multiple tasks
• Operate office machines such as computer, fax, scanners and photocopiers as well as interact machine
• Respond to requests and inquiries from guests and staff
• Work closely with sales team

EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS

• Related customer service experience is an asset
• Sales Experience
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Professional attitude
• Serti Dealership system
• CRM System experience is an asset

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION

• High school diploma or GED is an asset
