Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting, and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties Include

· Support members of a team by completing administrative and customer service tasks.

· Handling and responding to e-mails throughout the day.

· Provide product knowledge and information to customers.

· Interact with customers to answer questions or provide product information.

· Monitoring & sharing potential leads with other sales professionals; maintain customer database.

· Make appointments for the sales team.

· Manage customer relationships.

· Input transactions to a shared computer system

· Assisting various departments with administrative tasks as needed

· Must be flexible, organized, and able to communicate with customers and members of the team.

Skills:

· Technical Skill – Valid driver’s license; competent using e-mail, computer, printer, software.

· Customer Service – greeting & relating to wide range of customers.

· Communication (verbal & written) & Interpersonal Skills – interact with team members & clients alike.

· Time Management – manage variety of duties throughout the day, flexibility.

Product Knowledge – as part of the sales team, must possess rudimentary knowledge of automobiles and the marketplace.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00-$22.27 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
