Sales Associate

The Cannabis Market in Charleswood is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cannabis Sales Associate! The ideal candidate will have a passion for the cannabis industry and a strong knowledge of various products and strains. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating and advising customers on products, and driving sales. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet and welcome customers, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere
• Assist customers in selection and purchase of cannabis products, based on their individual needs and preferences
• Educate customers on the effects, benefits, and potential risks of different cannabis products and strains
• Accurately process transactions and ensure cash handling procedures are followed
• Maintain knowledge of current cannabis laws and regulations
• Keep up to date with industry trends and new products in order to provide informed recommendations to customers
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed sales targets
• Attend product training sessions and utilize knowledge in sales interactions
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and health regulations
