Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years sales experience (preferred)
- 3+ years customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and effectively convey information
- Natural Leadership and Initiative: A proactive and self-motivated individual who can take the lead in assisting brides through their journey.
- Problem-solving Abilities: Capable of overcoming objections and finding solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Detail-oriented: Attentive to the specific preferences and needs of each bride, personalizing a memorable experience.
- Positive Attitude: Maintaining a positive and optimistic demeanor to contribute to a supportive and uplifting atmosphere for both customers and colleagues.

- Greet customers with positivity and warmth, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Deliver an exceptional customer journey, offering attentive assistance from gown selection to coordinating accessories.
- Demonstrate expertise in the latest Bridal Fashion trends, providing guidance from neckline choices to skirt lengths.
- Contribute to store maintenance through merchandising, organizing, pricing, and cleaning duties.
