Sales Associate (Part-Time)

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Sales Associate to join our vibrant team.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks that are vital to the daily operations of our shop, from interacting with customers to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude, providing high-level customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Order Management: Organize and enter orders into our delivery systems accurately. Assist with the preparation and arrangement of delivery schedules to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of flowers.
• Maintenance: Diligently organize and wash buckets, ensuring they are clean and ready for use. Maintain a clean and tidy store environment by sweeping, dusting, and performing other cleaning tasks as needed.
• Store Organization: Keep the store well-organized, ensuring that all supplies and flowers are properly stored and easily accessible.
• Ad Hoc Duties: Be willing to take on other duties as needed, which may include assisting with flower arrangement preparation, inventory management, and participating in special store projects or events.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive, friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks or responsibilities.
• No previous experience in floristry required, but a passion for flowers and customer satisfaction is a must.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks required by the position.
• Must be able to work every Saturday and Sunday (and Holiday Mondays).
• This position will be working at our new location opening on May 3rd at the Granary Road Market.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
