- Utilize elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales performance to ensure meet the driving school’s sales goals.
- Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, uncovering needs, making service recommendations, and gathering customer information to support continued engagement.
- Maintain the driving school’s sales policies and procedures.
- Assign salespersons to duties and prepare work schedules.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints in the driving school.
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
- Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance.
- Arrange and co-ordinate students’ writing and road test appointments for students and organize pre-test training sessions tailored to the schedule of the road tests.
- May need to perform sales responsibilities with supervised workers when needed.
- May perform managerial duties if needed, such as handling escalated complaints, developing and implementing strategies.
